What payment methods are accepted by your company?

Can I have my regular mail sent to the address you gave me?
Yes. You can have any type of correspondence or package sent to your new address. Let us know what types of mail we can expect and we can handle it.
I have some concerns about the security of my personal information. What precautions do you take?

Protection of our customers’ personal information is one of our top concerns. Every precaution is taken to keep your identity and contact information confidential.

Payment processing allows for only payments from accounts bearing the name of our service account holder. Payments are not accepted by third parties.

We take photos of the mail we receive on your behalf so you can preview it before instructing us what to do with it. This way, there are no surprises on your end. You know what you are getting and can verify it is something you ordered or expected before we send it on to you.

If my delivery requires a Customs Declaration form, can you help me with that?
Yes. At your direction, we can open the parcel to confirm its contents and then assist you with how to properly complete the form. The item will be repackaged and secured prior to shipping it out to you.
What is the protocol if I receive a package that is incorrect or I never receive my delivery?

We take every precaution to ensure that your delivery is intact and correct. If an issue does occur, use the “Report a Mistake” option on our website. Complete the form and be sure to give us as much information and detail as possible to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We have detailed tracking information on the shipment and photos to verify we received it. This information helps us to find out what happened and get you your item as soon as possible.

If we discover during the course of our investigation of your package whereabouts that a false report has been made on the part of the customer, a $2 fine will be imposed against the customer’s account.

I never received my package and I think it got lost. What can I do?
We are in the business of shipping and receiving and we pride ourselves on our service record. However, things do happen. If you feel like your package has been lost, please go to the website and complete the online form “Lost Package” including all important information. We will promptly investigate the matter and do our best to get you your package.
If I need access to a States based phone number, can I use the phone number listed on the website?
No, our phone number cannot be used for your business or personal use. We do have services available for purchase that can provide you with a phone number based here in the United States.
I am having an issue with my credit card. Can I still complete my order?
Yes. Our Personal Shopper service will allow us to pay for your order and then bill it to your account. You can then make the payment to your account with us without missing the purchase opportunity.
Is the address that you give to me physically located in the US?
Yes. Your address that is assigned to you at the time of your account setup is located in the continental US.
I am interested in the personal shopping option you provide. Is it easy to use?

Our Personal Shopper services are incredibly easy for our customers to use. Just let us know what you are shopping for, when you need it by and how much you are looking to spend. We do the rest. Can I place an order with COD payment options?
No, our services do not permit COD orders. All orders must be paid for at the time of purchase by you or out of your prepaid account.
